The quality is above all.
I have been trying to perfect my balloon garlands and have been practicing some lately. I started on March 25, 2025 and today is April 3rd. I used all of the colors that I recently purchased and my practice piece is still shinny and not dull AT ALL!. I am amazed at the quality of these balloons. Tuftex stands above all.
